We are currently taking orders for the 2010 Season.

All orders for willow will be for shipping in Spring 2010. The confirmation you will receive in the mail will have the tentative ship date bold and highlighted in gray below the ship to address.

Offline Ordering

Browse catalog and add items to your cart, proceed to checkout. Select "Check/Money Order" option for payment. An email containing your order information will be delivered to you. Please print order, send with check or money order to the address included on the order.

Browse catalog and add items to your cart, proceed to checkout. Select "Credit Card" payment option. Follow steps through payment process.

Payment Schedule

    Paper Orders - checks & money orders
  • 1/3 with Order
  • 1/3 February 1st
  • 1/3 + S&H at Pickup or Before Delivery
  • Deposits due within 14 days of order
  • All orders must be paid in full no later than May 15th
  • Orders under $200 due in full with order
    Online Credit Card Orders - More than $200
  • 1/3 with Order
  • 1/3 February 1st (after notification*)
  • 1/3 at Pickup or Before Delivery (after notification*)
  • All orders must be paid in full no later than June 1st

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your online order will show the total amount of your purchase. However, by submitting your order via our online form, you agree to pay for your purchase in three installments as noted above. You will be notified via e-mail prior to the second and third payment.

New York State Residents Must add 8.25% Sales Tax

Purchase Agreement

If you have purchased a Willow variety which is the property of The Research Foundation of State University of New York.

You accept delivery of these licensed plants under the following terms:

  1. Export of licensed plants, parts thereof or their propagules is prohibited.
  2. Propagation of licensed plants even for personal use without license from The Research Foundation of State University of New York is prohibited.
  3. Commercial Growers must sign a Grower's License with the The Research Foundation of State University of New York.
