Basketry
Basket making is an ancient tradition, still being practiced today. Willow's flexible characteristics allow for it to be bent and used to make a wide range of basketry products. The colors and textures of willow branches offer a unique look. Baskets may be used as functional pieces such as picnic baskets, or simply for decorative use. Willow can be used in furniture making to assemble rustic, one of a kind pieces. We offer bundles of willow whips for sale to be grown at home, or ready to use.
